Park at the Trail Head for Success Mountain. Follow the Success Mountain Trail for a little over 1 mile and turn right onto the trail to the Outook at a small sign indicating an overlook. The total hike is about 1.3 miles with a vertical rise of 1350 ft on an easy trail.
The view from the top of The Outlook. That is North Bald Cap directly in front and the snowy Presidentials in the background.
We created a rap route for our climb with the first bolted anchor about 120 feet down. To get to there we tied webbing to a solid spruce in the group to my right and made a short rappel to the perminant anchor.

Here Chuck is partway up the first pitch. We didn't use any bolts on the route except for the rappel anchors that we also used as for belays.
This is the crux of the first pitch (5.7).
Here Chuck is making the move. There is a very good hold just over the block that helps make the move.
Here Chuck is starting the second pitch (5.6). He has traversed left from the anchor is heading for a nice crack.
